My home away from home
Upon check in the lady was rude but I didn't make that my initial decision about this hotel. For starters it is a beautiful hotel and QUIET which is what I was looking for. The room was very comfortable and I felt absolutely SAFE. The convenience of the shuttle was awesome so I had access to the beach,mall, and a few other places free of charge. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. The breakfast was good it had a lot of variety. I did go to the night buffet and it was good. Room swevixw is 24 hours and reasonably priced as well THE S BURGER is a must try. I have found my place that when I come back to Dubai it was nice and so comfortable. It's family friendly as well.

A very good hotel located in a central area of Dubai makes getting to the main tourist attractions very easy. I would highly recommend it as the staff were very friendly too and rooms were clean, quiet and spacious.

Terrible service and unhygienic
Stay was not enjoyable at all, paid and booked a queen room and was given a king room which had no bath, called reception and was told they would sort this for me, to which I didn't hear back. I then called and asked for cutlery as there was none in the room, was told it would be sent up shortly to which it wasn't, called back 30 mins later and was told the same again, once again never received. The bathroom was unhygienic with at least half a dozen of flies which made me sick. The staff also wouldn't let a food delivery driver up to my room even though I explained I was just out the shower and have a medical issue.

Its a great hotel, I have been in other 5 stars before. I can not find big difference between both. However it all comes to the hotel management to maintain this level. May be they need to pay attention to maintenance level. Anyhow we enjoyed the stay and plan to be there again
