Don’t take a room at rear. Very noisy generator.
We enjoyed everything about our stay except the very noisy generator at the rear of the hotel kept us awake all night. We complained to night desk staff to be told there was nothing they could do. We were offered another room two floors up but still at rear of hotel. At that time it was almost 2am and we did not feel that moving to that room would help. We thought that the night staff would have reported our complaint but we were not contacted by anyone. I would have thought that would have been good practice.

Not great . Spa filthy steam room not working again . Pool tiles broken and missing . No water fountains no air conditioning shabby carpets hotel is tired and in need of tlc . Not a relaxing experience at all glad to get out of there and home . I will not book this hotel again

The first room had no heat or air conditioning. The second room was super hot. The third room worked OK air conditioner and slowly started to fail over the few days. The building is 40 years old and needs renovating.
