I showed up at the hotel expecting great service and never once felt special or accommodated. While I understand we are in a pandemic, restaurants are closed and all services are unavailable the hotel really missed the mark on delivering any kind of customer care.

My check in started out not so great with them trying to give me a room on the 1st floor (first is way too busy and noisy for me) saying nothing more was available. After waiting about 15min they found another room on 23rd floor. Unfortunately housekeeping hadn’t finished stocking or cleaning bathroom so I waited a bit for them to finish up before settling in.
