Horrible Hotel
This hotel was horrible. Its rated as 3.5 starts but it should actually be 1 star. The only nice area of the hotel was the lobby. Bad location near homeless parking lot, no A/C in the elevator and onle 1 elevatoe for a 4 story building AND the elevatoe moved as slow as a snail. When we exited the elevatoe to head to our room, the hallway smelled like marijuana. When we entered our room, the entire carpet had huge stains on it, it smelled, furniture was old and damaged. Stains on the couch in the seating area. I paid for "supposedly" their best room available. We immediately decided not to stay and checked out. I told my complaints to the lobby and I called Hotels.com to request a refund but the hotel manager refused to give me the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Even Motel 6 is way superior to this...especially when it comes to cleanliness!

Pass on this Property
Not what I expect from a 3-4 star hotel in any way, shape, or form, the experience here was more like a 2.5 star motel. I had booked a room with two double beds, but a member of staff had changed my reservation without my knowledge and I was given a room with a King bed upon check-in. When I went back to the front desk, they were able to fix the issue, to our relief. The hotel is older and the rooms are quite run down. The hallways smell strongly of smoke, and the room access is inconvenient with only one entrance point and one nearby elevator. Our room did not have a working interior deadbolt lock and the sliding door guard was not fully attached to the door, so virtually no security. The shower head was not properly connected and sprayed water all over the bathroom, which had an old, rust stained tub and no ventilation. The room furniture was uncoordinated and damaged, with a bed on the verge of collapse and the most uncomfortable mattresses- one so hard your joints were in pain just lying on it, the other so saggy it practically folded around you. The desk drawer handle held on by one side only, and the TV remote didn’t work.

Average
We had to swipe our key cards over a dozen times in order to access the room. The door didn't shut properly although it would lock. There are no USB power ports in the room. The air conditioner is a bit out of date but it worked so we were thankful for that.
