The Hotel is very nice and has a parking lot just outside the front entry. It is close walking to the nearby mall that has everything you may need. The hotel is clean has multiple restaurants and a very interesting pool area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
food service is too slow, and the kitchen is not the best. people at the front desk are amazing and always friendly
We were treated with respect and properly cared for.,this is why we came back to this location. Excellent food and attention.
Front desk was very helpful, and pleasant. Lobby with old furnishings, and garden area with pool, gazebo, very large mangrove trees, and tropical vegetation very attractive. Garden view room in generally good condition with some new furnishings, though bathroom plumbing needs a little work in my room anyway: sink faucet very stiff and hard to adjust, and constant internal leak in toilet. Walk in shower was fine. A few bugs, but I guess to be expected in garden environment. Restaurant also very attractive, and good food at breakfast buffet and ala carte dinner, good service.
I’ve traveled to Guadalajara maybe 20 times for business. I like this place for the following reasons. 1. Parking is cheap and easy. No big garage that takes 10 minutes to leave. 2. There are a few restaurants that you can easily walk to. 3. It is clean, comfortable, and has good internet. Everything I need for a business hotel.
Great service! Good food and excellent location. I strongly recommend this hotel.
I liked the the inside of the hotel. It was very nice spacious and clean. Very impressive. However, I had the feeling that as a black american I am not welcome in Guadalajara. I went to the Guadalajara zoo to try the safari. A white Mexican insults you right in your face to what translates you damn american nigger. Mestizios bump into without saying Lo siento. They even call you monero negro meaning black monkey. When you try to go and ask for where is the taxi, they scream policía policía. I was walking in the street using my gps and looking to eat chicken fajita at a nice Mexican restaurant but they give my this stare that says you are not welcome. So I am heading back to my hotel and the signal stops working. So I sit on park trying to get the signal back. A small kid approaches me and tells me in Spanish that if I don't leave now they will call policía policía. So I go back to my hotel and I order a meal there and I get the feeling that they are serving me because they have to not because they want to. As I am leaving the hotel heading to the airport I am thinking thank god I know some Spanish or else I would have spent my time sitting in Guadalajara prison. I have traveled to a lot of countries before but I don't understand how the airlines that I took to Mexico has great services, and the people at the Airport are super nice and friendly but the people in Guadalajara can't stand the idea that a black man is visiting their city.
Suppose to have free breakfast with my reservation they alway charge because they said it was not included
The building in general and the restaurant hours, very accessible.
The property is in a great location with lots of businesses around including a shopping mall across the street, the only very uncomfortable detail was the dirty bedding blankets.
