    Needs a major Facelift
Generally good service but we noticed right away they couldn’t get the passive smoke smell out of the rooms. Terrible package with falling concrete blocked off everywhere. Guests had to pay another $18/night for parking!!! How about a special rate for guests like $5 or free - huge $ grab. Housekeeping forgot to give us any towels second day and no apology. Room was ok but air conditioner was archaic and extremely loud. Felt like a prisoner going through the old gated entrance to the outdoor pool.

Outdoor pool was cold. Indoor pool was ok. Hot tub was disgusting. We let them know and they closed it immediately. Parking was an extra $18 on top of room. Balcony door was screwed shut. Not good if there was a fire. Room was clean. I would not stay there again.

    Great location.
We particularly appreciated the helpfulness and cheerful attitudes of the two men we consulted with at the bell station - restaurants, navigation, etc. check in people were also very helpful. Good form bed and comfy pillows. We weren’t so excited about the parking...

Rooms were great, maid service was excellent. Pricing in the restaurant was borderline gouging, double the price for the same breakfast I got at Best Western the next morning. They do not have a shuttle service which I would expect for a top-notch hotel.
