The only shuttle in an hour was full and passed us by. Called the hotel to tell them and it was another 20 minutes. Our driver was polite. Got to the hotel and the receptionist didn't respond. The room and hotel were freezing cold. Had an exceptional meal and great bartender in the bar. Got to the room and the bed squeaked very loudly on the side toward the window. Room was so dark even with the lights on I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the directions on the coffee maker. No lotion and since we can't pack any for TSA that was a clear disappointment.
