Terribe ever ..
Terrible ever. That hotel got very crowded and nosiy even in the night caused by cleaning of housekeeping and the fire alram activated disfunctionally in the morning. That result in that I had to wake up earlier. The receptionist is not pretty kind. I dont like any of those in the hotel. I wont go there ever ....never

1st issue. Emailed them 2 months before my arrival date for the extra beds and breakfast etc. They even sent me a link for payment 2 months before, I paid and everything was in the email looped yet the counter told me they don't have any proof requesting me to show them my email etc though I check in on wee hours. I even told them I have a toddler with me, let me check in first I will find the email and settle with them on the extra pax but they refused. I ended up sitting at the counter with my whole family of 5 +1 for close 30mins just to search for that email bcos their departments don't communicate. 2nd issue. This hotel happily charged my card 4 times when the booking didn't even go through. Beginning I booked with agoda but I received email stating the booking didn't go through but I was surprised they charged me on 1 day before arrival. Bcos I ended up booking with expedia. The hotel still can call me a day to confirm how many bookings I have, after I let them know I only have 1 booking they still insist I have to call agoda and settle on my end. But when I call agoda, they advice me to call my bank. Goodness. After I finally managed to check in on the actual day, the room size is decent. But they dun refill everything daily (eg. Shampoo etc) The kitchen floors are always very sticky too, sink got no soap. Washing machines also quite dirty. Bathtub also didn't maintain

I was really disappointed during my stay in this hotel. First day we arrived to hotel around 10 p.m after long flight but room was not ready by that time. we were asked to wait 45 minutes but after that time we were informed that room still not ready and have to wait another 1.5 hours!!! Finally we got room only about midnight time but floor in room was completely dirty. After housekeeping next day floor remain dirty and we had to call to reception and ask to do vacuum cleaning again. Almost every day during our stay there we had issue with housekeeping , one day they forget to change towels , other day just put small towels and we call to reception and asked to bring big towels to room.

Hotel muito bem equipado, quartos novos, atendimento bom. Pessoal da limpeza muito queridos. Quarto apartamento , com cozinha e máquina de lavar. Perto da estação de metrô, 5 min a pé do mall of the emirates.

O hotel é novo, tem design moderno e bonito. Quarto era confortável e chuveiro excelente! Bem localizado, fica ao lado do Mall of Emirates. A crítica vai para a atendente que fez nosso check-in, que falava um inglês com tanto sotaque que mal dava para entender o que ela dizia, mas o problema é que ela foi bem mal educada com os três casais que nos acompanhavam na viagem.
