It was just okay. The washroom is pretty old but the room was okay. Size is a bonus.

We were caught in flight cancellation Hades with weather delays/cancellations and ended up here (our nickel, which was ok at the end of the day) and could not have been happier. Well-priced large room, helpful staff, a comfortable and clean room, and incredibly comfortable beds (a welcome shelter from the storm). I would recommend highly.

Good value but comes with some glitches
People working were great. Very kind and accommodating. Just didn’t like the fact that microwave and coffee maker was removed from room. Don’t see the reasoning that a community microwave in the middle of the hotel shared by other guests is safer than one in our room. They clean the room, so is it difficult to clean a microwave? Or coffee maker? Also, our door between bedroom and living room didn’t close all the way and made loud noises when opening. TV didn’t work well. They came twice to fix it and still didn’t work great.

Not as good of a stay as previous stay. The room was extremely quiet due to the fact we were so close to the airport. Was charged almost $4 for coffee but didn’t take. Was boarding shuttle to airport and couldn’t take it. Told staff to enjoy it because I couldn’t. Thought they’d remove from my bill but they didn’t. My mistake but didn’t realize. Will do another park & ride to O’Hare the next time.

The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Accommodated my request for a room on the higher floor. And delivered my food when they couldn’t get a hold of me (room phone was not working for some reason). Enjoyed my stay there.
