Couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Balthazar design hotel. The location is perfect and 10/10 interior and rooms. Lovely little touches on arrival and a wonderful team. We were lucky enough to eat in the restaurant and can honestly say it was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The breakfast is also 10/10. We will be back to Krakow and will absolutely stay here again.

The feel of the hotel as you enter is cosy/familiar. The decor although not conventional is easy on the eye. The room was good, comfortable bed, good space in the bathroom, nice shower but the air-conditioning was a little noisy. Breakfast was very good avoiding the use of a buffet but just as extensive. We did not use the restaurant for any other meals. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
