there was a loud “neighbour” to whom l had to send the concierge at midnight to lower their voice, got woken again at 3:30 by my “neighbours” using the microwave and clanging dishes...tho that noise didn’t last as long as the talker. Scrimpy thin towels, ...l regretted staying there; won’t recommend it to anyone; and will not be going back!!!

Had to pay a "$30 room deposit" on top of paying $60 for the room, and the rooms are so dirty and old and disgusting. They use barsoap and shampoo from other hotels, it smells like smoke around the whole building even though there are lots of no smoking signs, the building straight up looks like it's from a horror movie because it's so old and dark, tv remote barely works, everything is just a mess.

Bed not very comfy. Fairly clean. Permanent/ long term residents very loud and thoughtful. Had to compain around midnight about yelling and banging on walls. Front desk very kind and polite.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during my stay. Also, the location of the property is very convenient. It is walking distance from Argyle mall and a lot of eateries.

Very conveniently close to the airport and very reasonably priced, this hotel is great for anyone on a tight budget. As their name suggests, they are more set up for long-term residents, but still are perfectly fine for brief stays.
