Everything was great, the room was really nice and the staff was very helpful. Only downside is that there is a loud bar next door but we were able to sleep through the music which ended around 1a.m.

Great location. Great prices. Clean and safe. I was very happy we made this choice and would recommend it to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised how good everything was.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a killer rooftop patio just for our unit. Beds were comfortable and unit spacious. We could see the ocean from our unit

Awesome room, smelled awesome, everything was super clean, great location. Only gripe I had was that as mentioned in other reviews, the bar next door plays til 3:00am or so.........wish I would have had a pair of earplugs but other than this 1 issue, it was awesome for the price.

The property is tropical, beautiful and local to everything. It is located two minutes away from the gorgeous beach. I personally loved the rooftop jacuzzi, room amenities and balcony view. Many restaurants, convenience stores and currency exchanging places located nearby. For the most part, the staff were friendly and attentive. With the exception of one staff member in reception who was nothing short of irritating and unprofessional. He made me almost miss my flight by five minutes! After witnessing another client having problems with him involving the hotel taxi service, I had confirmed my taxi arrangements the night before. The next morning this staff member didn’t find my reservation, made excuses when I showed him my receipt, and refused to refund for the service being more than 30 minutes late. Instead, he gave me the number to the head of reception to call and complain. When I called, I noticed it was directed to the reception desk where he hung up the calls. I finally managed to talk to someone else on the phone and then he took my luggage down to the garage and told me to follow him where he knew I would lose reception. He gave me an excuse that the taxi can only pick me up underground and not in front of the hotel. I had witness all his attempts to sabotage speaking with his supervisor, even telling me to call in three hours when his supervisor "wasn't sleeping”. I left disappointed, rushed and hungry to my flight. Everyone else was fairly pleasant.
