Stayed 5 nights. Location is great, Rooms are comfortable, spacious and friendly staff. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open and needs immediate repair! Taking a shower pours the water all over the bathroom floor because of the silly small shower cover, so we used up all the big towels to keep the bathroom floor dry. Very difficult for older people to get out of the bath tub because there’s no handrail!! Don’t understand the management who can accept such bathroom design. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. Poor air condition as you cannot control the temperature. It was much too cold in the room, so I fixed it by myself and closed the air condition vent with a duct tape. Breakfast and Parking is much too expensive. We were lucky with Check-in and Check-out. However, on other days during our stay, we saw so many people are waiting in an unorganized fashion, without lining up properly. From the 4 available check-in counters, only 2 were working. For a Hotel with almost 400 rooms and a permanent flow of people getting in and out, a reception with just 4 counters is much too less.
Great hotel with the best location. Rooms are really nice and clean. I would definitely come back!
The hotel staff are always great. It’s a stylish hotel and often attended to very well. Bathroom shower was blocked and flooded 2 days in a row. Ask for it to be fixed but didn’t happen. Room for improvement but still a great hotel
The SPA is not included in the room cost
The room was fine if not too big. Nothing adverse everything present and correct. The location was good for eateries, apart from the hotel's own restaurant. There are plenty of reasonably priced establishments, including Japanese, within easy walking distance. Likewise the main shopping street, Konigs Allee, is 10 minutes on foot.
- bathroom really should be renovated - bath towels look greyish and had a hole - housekeeping didn’t wash tea/coffee mugs and didn’t refill hot drink capsules - poor equipment - no cups for toothbrushes
The property is fine. My stay was decent value for money. But the reception staff was completely overwhelmed servicing guests. I waited about 20 minutes to check in. There was always a line at the reception during my 2 days stay at the hotel. I would stay there again. Overall experience was good.
Very clean and modern hotel and the staff were friendly.
Overall great but no acknowledgement for my birthday (check in date was my birthday and they had my date of birth). Check out took a while because there was only one person at the reception and there were people trying to check in too. Having two people at the reception would have helped.
Clean and quiet. 24-hr parking availability. Awesome stay.
