Cozy, clean hotel at the heart of Lisbon
Wonderful hotel at the heart of Lisbon. Very clean, efficient and cozy. The only disadvantage is room size - room was really small. Other than that, really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and would definitely book it again in the future.

We had such a great stay at the My Story Augusta! The staff was super helpful and let us checkin a little early and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was also extremely walkable and close to a lot of attractions.

The location was excellent (as are all the other My Story hotels in Lisbon!). Upon arrival, the front desk girl (Ines) spotted a slight mistake, probably on my part, but quickly corrected it and also upgraded us to a bigger room, since it's also my birthday. On their top floor. Wait - this is a historical building, so top floor means 5th floor, BUT, also means domers and slanted roof/ceiling. Meaning, if you're taller than 5' or 1.5m, you will have to be very careful. Half the floor surface was unusable, especially after I have put barriers (chair, stool, luggage racks) to mark the edges of the slants. STILL, it's a pleasant hotel, with very pleasant staff. And the complimentary wines at the front desk (white & rosé from the owner's winery in Alentejo) were welcoming after a tough day of sightseeing!

My husband and I had a great time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for Metro, train station, and in downtown core. Even the hotel is located in a busy location but windows are well insulated like no noice at all. The breakfast choices are great. The only downsize is make sure you dont have any big lugguage as the size is small but functional.

The hotel was great and the room was large and airy. However, the room had no bureau, no closet and only one chair at the desk, which had no drawer. Also the bathroom had no hooks on which to hang your towels so we had to hang them on the door knobs. But location was great and the hotel overall was very nice.
