We highly recommend Hotel Hesperia Seville. The Hotel has a nice ambience, including lobby and breakfast Restaurant. Rooms and public areas are kept very clean and the staff at Reception are very efficient and helpful.

Poor room quality, adjoining door which lead to noise where you could hear every sound, every flush of the toilet and the TV. The safe didn’t work and despite reporting this twice and being assured it would be fixed it wasn’t which meant personal items were not secure. The overall room was very small with what felt and looked like a large camp bed which was uncomfortable. Only one socket in the room to plug in devices with no USB ports which given the times we live in you’d almost think it was a given. I’ve stayed a couple of times in this hotel and it’s always been good but this time the overall room was really poor given the expense of the room. Being a gold member of hotels.com no room upgrade was available but I could pay for one if I wanted which makes you question the scheme ??
