I had to find out about parking when I got there and then when the charges came there were extra taxes that I wasn’t aware of normally those fees and charges are explained before booking. Also there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. Typically there is free parking with hotels as a guest I have never had to pay for parking before. This is something that should be disclosed up front and not when someone gets there . Also incidentals were not discussed but charged which later was explained that that was parking related . I’m just confused as to why it wasn’t discussed while booking .

Overall it was great. I was a bit disturbed by the 3 dark stains on the carpet and i didn't have a robe like it listed in the amenities but nonetheless it was enjoyable. I would recommend this place again.

Had an amazing time the view was lovely as well. My room was missing pillows off the sofa and the WiFi wasn’t that great. Useable though. I did get work done. Overall excellent !

This is a nice hotel, I've stayed here before but in both cases the mattress was too firm for my liking,and the walls were too thin/ not properly insulated...the hotel gets a 4 out of 5 stars because it's really nice but the comfort level gets 2 stars from me.

Power outage
The power went out both nights we stayed there. We didn’t get reimbursed or anything for the inconvenience. We never received a flight light the power was out for 4 hours the first time and didn’t ask if we were ok or needed emergency outlets. The bed was uncomfortable as well.

My experience was very good. This was the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in. But for a hotel saying it is a 4-star hotel, I expected perfection. There were just minor blemishes in the room (a crack in the shower, some chips in the furniture) and the coffee maker wouldn’t turn on. I had some.... unfriendly neighbors to say the least, but I informed the front desk and had no issues after that.
