We were given a dirty room, with a pile of unwashed laundry next to our door, bathroom horrible and when we brought this out to front desk they gave us an attitude like it was our fault that the restaurant m was like that.

We chose the location because of the amenities and most were unavailable due to COVID. No pool. No restaurant on site. No room service. No ice bucket in room. No DoorDash to the room had to pick up in the lobby. Went down to the front desk 4-5 times in the first couple hours of our stay. Staff was excellent but the missing amenities were frustrating. I could have stayed at a smaller hotel for 30% less...

I was disappointed from the moment I walked in. There was a group of ~10 people sitting in the lobby and none of them were wearing a mask nor was staff taking the initiative to ask them to. The room itself was fine but for the money just okay. The sheets were awful - scratchy and uncomfortable. I doubt we will be back.
