Check in was quick and staff is very friendly. Self parking is also a plus. Rooms are dated. Tiny shower.

I liked your front desk staff and in the dining room. However I asked for someone to please bring me a computer plug and waited half an hour.

Definitely not a Hyatt Experience. Substandard
Mold in the shower. Trash on the 7th floor hallway, wasn’t picked up ever. Requested Marina View. Instead got Bay View. Front desk staff rude. Housekeeping knocked on our hotel door at 9am wanting to clean our room; wasn’t even out of the shower yet. Now they have a ‘pool lock’ gate up, so now a guest has to use their room key to get in to the pool... which they never had to before and also the pool towelsuse to be big and fluffy... now they are tiny hand towels... a guest requires 4 tiny pool towels to lay on a lounge chair. All of their hurricane hut prices went sky high as well. There are way more better places to stay in the area for the price. Also, we asked for the ‘welcome cocktail’ when we checked in and was told ‘no’!!! And they took out the gift shop too. Now a guest is suppose to but ‘candy’ etc at the front desk. Really crazy!
