Just okay.
The experience was okay. Service was amazing and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel room was horrible. The floors were dirty, not just stained, they had stuff on it. I walked across barefoot and my foot was covered with hair…that wasn’t from my head/body. There was a towel in the shelf by the sink that we pulled out to use and it was damp. Like the previous person that was in that room used it to mop some water up and placed it back on the shelf. The lobby was beautiful. But the furniture needs some serious cleaning or-get leather so it can easily be wiped off frequently.

Meh
Urine soaked mattress, blood on the floor and bathroom door, air conditioner set at 60, but was really hot in the room. Connected air systems meant our room was filled with weed smoke and we had to air it out. Not the hotel’s fault in the least. People amaze me. Good location.

Fun weekend getaway
Convinent to activities around the Crown Center. Very nice facility. My kids loved the pool on the roof and the pool hours are long. My only criticism is the rooms never really cooled off even after maintenance came to work on the AC. My wife has stayed here on 2 other occasions and had the same issue.

Fun hotel overall
We had a great stay with a few hiccups. Honestly, we are not fussy people and have fun at most hotels. We had a plumbing issue in our first room and had to move rooms the second day. I just think this is an older hotel so it is normal to run into some maintenance issues. The staff was very friendly & gave us free breakfast the next morning. Beds are super comfy. TV’s are small but we are fine with that. Hotel pool was smaller than expected but the kids had a blast in it both days. There was a group of unattended kids jumping off the tunnel to the hot tub but we took care of that ourselves, lol. Pool has a tunnel entrance into the inside area that has a hot tub. I thought maybe it was an indoor/outdoor pool but it is just a small pool exit to the hot tub.
