Disappointing hotel.
Hotel common areas not too clean. No hot water in the morning. Called front desk several times. Finally they said it was repaired and I should run water for 5 minutes. Still no hot water. Finally gave me another room to shower.

Very disappointed in the management at this hotel. No hot water for our two day stay. I called the front desk 6 times over two days. They would always say “ we are sending a ticket in or we are sending someone up right now, give it ten minutes.” Yet, the water never got hot. They had no other rooms to place us in either. Most staff were helpful but also were disappointed about issues not being addressed. What can Hotels.com do to get me a refund? What refund can the hotel give me for a crappy experience? I will never stay here again, not do I think Hotels.com should do business with this hotel.

A little expensive for what you get
Hotel Murano: front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We received two complimentary well drinks at the bar and we went the first night to use them. Bartender seemed to hate her job. She wasn't rude and the drinks were good but she definitely seemed to not want to be there. Went to the hotel's only restaurant for dinner. It was mostly empty except for a couple people at the bar and one large party. We got seated quickly and hostess was super nice. Come to realize the hostess was also our server and was a little overwhelmed. Ordering took awhile and then the food took forever to come out (salad, tacos and fries). Server apologized due to the large party causing the delays. They seemed understaffed. Room was clean, shower was nice, beds were comfortable (2 doubles, not queens!). They have some snacks for sale behind the front desk, hard to see unless you are really looking. No pool, fyi. If we did not need to be right next to the convention center, we would have stayed somewhere less expensive.
