Nice hotel in a good location
The hotel was good, in a good location near to many restaurants and bars and also to the Parque Rodo. The only inconvenient was that the air conditioning in my room that was quite noisy even when being off. However, when I told the staff about it they offered me to change room but I didn't because of my short stay with them so I cannot really complain.

Pandemic Party at 2 AM
Hotel premises and room are new and clean. Understaffed, but the employees are courteous. But Saturday night something happened. There was a party in the apartment that shared walls with me (private apartments in the same building). At 2 am, there was dancing, singing and a lot of noise. The reception officer was unable to reason with them, although he did change my room (at 2 am in the morning). I had to call the police, something I had never done in many many years of business traveling through various countries. I was told that the hotel manager wanted to speak with me about it. Still waiting that call.

Fizemos esta reserva em virtude da localização e pelo Hoteis.com dizer que hazia estacionamento disponivel, porem quando chegamos descobrimos que há somente 4 vagas no estacionamento do hotel que são compartilhadas, ou seja, nos sentimos enganados, tivemos que pagar um estacionamento em frente ao hotel e arcamos com as despesas. Quartos extremamente pequenos.

Hotel é excelente e muito bem lozalizado, porém o staff claramente mal humorado quando solicitado. Pedi dois travesseiros extra pro quarto e me disse que buscar senão demoraria uma hora para levar. Quando cheguei para busca tinha dois travesseiros no no balcao e o atendente me entrega duas fronhas dobradas para colocar nos travesseiros. Nao é atendiemnto para um hotel dessa categoria.
