Best room I stayd in in a long time

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Great large comfortable bed. The bathroom could do with updating and better lighting. The buffet breakfast was awful. Everything was cold. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, beans etc....and we were there at 9.30am and it was busy so all the food items ought to have been at their best temperatures. The choice was good but the temperature awful. Very disappointing. And the staff weren’t interested when I tried to tell two official looking staff members.

It is located in the centre of the city, just across central station. Breakfast was delicious with vast range of options, beds are super comfortable. Air-conditioning is on 24/7 and cannot be regulated so it's sometimes a bit cold, for example when exiting the shower, but nothing too much. It's a great hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Göteborg

Hotell was in heigh standart og modern interior. The only problem was in the start the roms was not clean. There was lots of dust on tables, wardrobe and floor. when we asked the resepsion to clean the room so it took many hours until the cleaner come and cleaned the room. The rooms were in the 4th floor. But on the other days, the other cleaner was good and they cleaned better.

First time I had stayed there, but very nice rooms, nice breakfast

Things that may be improved -- Dusting off of some pieces in the furniture could be improved (general cleanliness was great though) such as bedboards, lamps, etc. TV watching has become really complicated. Breakfast choices are very repetitive.

The hotel was under renovation and there was no information about that before we arrived. Breakfast on the first day was almost empty at 9am with still over an hour before the scheduled close. the were people sitting on the stairs to eat breakfast due the lack of tables. We select this hotel because of the SPA. The spa was great BUT there were no available appointments for massage etc over the 4 days we spent there. We have stayed at this hotel before but I was very disappointed!

WIfi cut in and out unfortunately, otherwise would have given five stars.

Disappointed with housekeeping and trash laying around elevators and in the hallways for days. Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel.

Very comfort stay, good breakfast, reception fine. My one dissappointment was the service, or lack there of in the bar. I stood at the bar waiting to be served, and nobody came near me. Two members of staff ignored me, looked down rather than serve me.
