cheap enough with easy access to beach but very 1970s. requires four keys, has COCKROACHES, icy showers, blinds hard to word, duct-taped TV remote nonfunctional, unsafe, unlocked lobby, unlit halls elevator lobby on our floor, exit from parking always has a damaged car on street due to sharp turn, you must install and tear off your own sheets, no wash cloths, no bath mat, no luggage racks, no clothes drier or pins (hang over parking lot bannister), no fitted sheets, awkward to return parking fob to get the 12 E back on check out, front desk is unlabeled and closes early, elevators not up to code and only go to alternate floors, we didn't pay the fee for the pool.

Reasonably priced apartment, close to the sea
Small 1 bedroom apartment in aging apartment block. Fully equipped kitchen, good shower pressure, clean, fully furnished but not stylish. Positives. Brilliant location very short walk to the sea. Reasonable price, free parking. Negatives: creaky, uncomfortable twin beds felt like camping beds. Scruffy and dull entrance lobby. Access to room via communal stairwell that is very poorly lit and could be worrying for single females. No smoke alarms in the room.

Relaxing Spanish Break
We stayed for the New Year and the apartment had all the necessary essentials including washing machine,microwave and dishwasher etc. It was relatively clean,could do with some updating. Very close walk to beach,excellent supermarket nearby,excellent choice of restaurants and bars nearby also. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing family holiday. They seem to speak very little English in this area. But that makes a nice break from the "touristy" Spain. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, basic, value for money.
Had all that was required for a comfortable stay. Location was fine, out at Playa de San Juan. Plenty bar/restaurants, shopping nearby and tram and bus stop for travel into Alicante centre and onwards.
