Extremely noisy throughout the night. Barely got 2 hours sleep. Fire alarm in hotel went off. Then all naughty we could hear an alarm. A party also went on late into the night from another room. Very poor experience

Apartment well placed in central Liverpool. Has all the facilities in the room to self cater. Pros- spacious, friendly staff, position Cons- noise from street and other apartments, also smell of cigarettes. Another con is related to other guests not wearing face masks in common areas. On check in guests were but as staff can’t see them in other areas we observed not a single guest following this recommendation

Ideal location for shopping eating out and trips all in walking distance. The accommodation was really nice. I would stay there again. The price was reasonable and there was a handy fridge. Microwave and cooker if needed.

Great bank holiday stay at quest. Quick and easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the hotel and great location right near all the shops. The room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped for our stay. Overall very nice apartment and enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.

Stayed bank holiday weekend, the location was perfect for what we wanted. You can hear a little bit of noise from outside but it wasn’t that bad. Rooms are very spacious and decorated lovely, have everything you need for a weekend stay. Beds are extremely comfortable too which is a bonus. Would definitely book here again when staying in Liverpool!
