Birthday trip
The hotel has an amazing location but very difficult to find. Also no WiFi nor TV signal. The A/C changes to heater at midnight I had to open the windows. The room is beautiful with a priceless view of the canal and the service excellent! I would repite my stay but if I can control my A/C!!!

THE VIEW
Our stay did not start off well, no one was at the guest house to meet us and when someone finally showed up, it felt like he was doing us a favor by checking us in. However, once in our room facing the Grand Chanel the view was spectacular, the decor is very traditional, which is expected. Bed is comfortable, although additional sleeping pillows are recommended. Take bug spray the mosquitos can be brutal. The guest house is very well situated and within walking distance of restaurants and shops in minutes. We got a bottle of wine, opened the shutters and stared out at the gorgeous view for hours, very relaxing. Highly recommend this guest house for the pros.

Great place and great people, Julian is very helpful and suit is located very close to St. Marks Square, boat transfer and Rialto Bridge.
