The stay was great. The staff was probably one of the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. The hotel was clean, and very well kept.
I was very happy with our stay room was great with a great view. The staff was super friendly made us feel at home.
The overall stay was good. The only complaint that i have is that my family wasn't able to take a shower due to the fact that the water was cold for a day 1/2 out of the 3 days we was there. So again was not fixed till the later of our stay.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Located right on the beautiful Riverwalk. The only problem is parking, plan on paying $30-$39 a night for self park or valet. There really is no other option. The staff was great. The free breakfast was as expected, with disposable gloves given to all guest due to Covid.
It was ok I did not like the area Lots of construction and traffic, no warm water the first night,
Arrived late (11:25 pm) after delay in travel due to weather and accidents along the way. After driving 9 hours, I asked the receptionist what my parking options were and she said valet or drive around and find somewhere to park...I knew I was tired so I definitely did not want to do her 2nd recommendation...I paid the $40 a night (2 nights) valet parking and maybe that’s a normal rate but I don’t remember having to pay that much before. It may be the normal rate. When we got to our room it was cold and I kicked in the heater and thankfully it worked great! After a shower I sat on the bed and immediately noticed an off smell. I assumed it was the heater not being used much and it would go away and as I walked about the room I noticed it went away. The next day as I was getting ready I sat on the bed again and there was that smell again. It was the comforter. The king size pillows were in such bad shape that when they were fluffed and placed on the bed they were actually able to be placed as a square. I did report these to the front desk and the lady working said they would be replaced but there not. The hotel was packed as it was New Years weekend so I hope others definitely had a better experience and this may be why the bedding was not replaced. With my personal experience I will not be staying here again.
We love staying at this hotel! Breakfast is free and delicious! Modern and well taken care of with an amazing view for the price! Parking is pricey at about $40 daily so we park at the garage across the street for $20. Only concern was old toilet paper was left from previous stay, toilet has dry wet stains and when we wanted to make coffee the old coffee filter was still in the coffee maker with the coffee grinds from the last stay.
We loved our stay at this hotel! It was very nice! Only one thing caught my attention and it was that we found a bit of hair in the shower. I’m guessing it might be when they cleaned the shower that maybe it fell out. But other than that we loved everything and the staff was great!
