Comfortable for a quick stay
Friendly service. Clean rooms. Was able to schedule an Airport shuttle easily at check in. Unfortunately had to catch a flight early so wasn't able to experience breakfast.

Nice Room but under average services
We stayed two nights recently at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, bath towels were sufficient, overall the hotel room condition was more than decent. But we had huge issues with their airport shuttle service, which was supposed to be complimentary to the hotel guests and we thought we could rely on it to ferry us to/from Calgary airport (only 3km away). But what happened was at the night we arrived, our flight landed at 12:47am, when I called, I was told the shuttle service ends at 1:00am and they apologized but refused to send a shuttle for us. We had to take a Uber to get to the hotel. At the night before our departure, we had to return our rental car and take the Covid tests at Airport, I again called the hotel for a shuttle at 7:20pm, this time I was told shuttle only runs every hour☹️. We needed to wait 40 minutes for the 8 o’clock shuttle🙄. At the end, we decided to walk, it’s only 3km away, we got back to the hotel before 8:00pm. Fortunately, sunset was late at Calgary, though we had to walk on the airport freeways, the traffic was light, we didn’t encounter any issues during walking. The included breakfast sucks as well, I really expected a little bit more from Hyatt hotels, from my previous experience staying with Hyatt hotel at San Diego and Seattle.

Some of the members of the staff are not friendly. Polite greetings from Canadians are what we are known for but a few didn’t show that. Quite disappointed ☹️.
