    Small but good
Small rooms, but OK for a business trip. Wifi was good, and location was good.

    DECENT FOR THE PRICE
Not bad for the price. Room is tiny, but that’s expected in Japan. Unless you’re staying at Western style hotels.

    Exceptional 10.0
Great location, cinemas, aquarium & local pubs
Located directly across from Takanawa Exit at Shinagawa Station, great for westbound bullet train travel, Takanawa Wing complex is few feet away, and the aquarium and cinemas are accessible through the hotel, along with many dining options. The room for one wasn’t roomy but adequate for a solo traveler (see pics). All the great eateries within minutes - from fine dining to great yen-to-value local pubs. Make a reservation for Limo bus to airport (they pick you up by main entrance) making your heavily loaded suitcases transporting a breeze!

    Poor ergonomic design.
The wash room is too small with fitting not meeting any ergonomic design. Sleeping bed and working desk are fine.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel was grat for my 3 day business trip. Great rooms, wonderful service & staff. Very friendly as all Japanese people! Extremely close to Shinagawa Station.

    Very Good 8.0
It was pleasant stay (4 nights). The location was excellent (very convenient area). The service was great (everyone was kind and professional). However the room was tight (long and narrow) and I could hear noises in the hallway clearly from the room.
