We really like the room it was big and clean everybody were wearing their mask and that make you feel safe.
There is a lot of construction going on, but it is downtown (it is usually expected). Area does seem iffy at night, but during our one night stay and walking around the Riverwalk late it was ok. We had a room on the floor where the pool is, which is on the 2nd floor I believe, and the room was great. I did have to use the pull out bed from the couch which is where I would say cleanliness was not great. The view from the pool and a small area to sit outside from our room was very nice. The breakfast also surprised us because of the pandemic many just give a small breakfast. We were able to enjoy a buffet style breakfast which had really good options. We did not want to hassle over walking a long distance because of parking so we did use valet. I understand why this service has to be done, but I would definitely recommend charging less to attract the location. Overall for the price we were able to get the room and compared to others at the same cost, it was great.
No parking! We parked a block away and had to carry our bags to the hotel. They have valet parking but they charge $40 extra. I asked if I could park in the front to unload they said I would have to give valet my keys and be charged. I ended up paying $25 extra for overnite parking a block away from hotel.
The staff was beyond friendly. Everything was clean. Great location right off of the Riverwalk. We didn't get a good view. Photos makes it seem like you have access to the riverwalk from the hotel, which it doesn't so that was disappointing. The breakfast was disgusting. The worst breakfast of my life.
Overall was a good stay the room could of been a little cleaner was quite a bit of dust on fridge, microwave wasn’t very clean and soap and body wash containers were out in shower when asked for more never received. All staff was very nice.
This is a downtown location with really no view. Another building if that's a view. Parking was an issue. Only Valet available at $40 a night. This should have been a bigger warning to factor into the overall cost of the stay. The neighbor next door left 2 barking dogs that we could hear at odd times....
The only problem we had was the valet service was very slow and they always said they had not received our texts.

We had to wait over one hour for our room to be ready. Understanding the challenges that COVID 19 presents, a notification or email should had been sent out to customers. There were a LOT of people inside the lobby area waiting for their room. The daily parking rate was little pricey. Other than that the experience was pleasant.
