Middelmatig hotel voor flinke prijs
Incheck was er eigenlijk niet. De kamer op 1e etage, maar daarvoor moet men wel 3 trappen op. Er is dus geen lift. Een heel lage deur op de gang, waardoor wij onze hoofden stootten. Badkamer is erg klein en wastafel en wc heel laag. Kamer was erg stoffig en er lag nog papier van vorige gasten op de vloer van onze kamer. Allerlei spullen van de renovatie staan op het balkon voor het raam van onze kamer. En kamermeisje staat te roken voor ons kamerraam. Ontbijt is erg goed en meer dan voldoende. Ander groot pluspunt is dat men gratis en voor het hotel kan parkeren. En vooral dat de medewerkers erg vriendelijk en beleefd zijn. Al met al een middelmatig hotel dat wel de volle prijs rekent.

Das Haus ist nicht auf dem allerneuste Stand. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren extrem sauber. Der Service war ganz gut. Das Essen war für unseren Geschmack hervorragend und aus der Region, mit Hingabe garniert. Wenn wir können werden wir wieder ins "Neroburg"fahren, auch wnn der Handyempfang teilweise eingeschränkt ist. Das kann auch ein Vorteil sein!

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt gut und empfehlenswert, aber vom Stil her bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird jeweils am Platz serviert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus und noch mal zusätzlich 30m weiter über die Straße. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfreich, es wirkte sehr familiär. Im hauseigenen Restaurant habe ich 1x gegessen; das war in Ordnung. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es sonst fußläufig nur ein weiteres Restaurant, alles andere ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Neroth liegt am Eifelsteig und eignet sich daher gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Vulkaneifel.
