I found this property to be very new, new properties have a tendency of having a lot of bugs, meaning problems that they need to fix. The entrance to the property is somewhat difficult but not impossible. The hotel has three floors or more but has no elevator. I believe the elevator was still under construction and Told not working. The rooms were clean but very small. No CNN or any kind of American TV channels everything is in Portuguese regarding the TV. The restaurant And lobby Are elegantly appointment. The menu has very many limitations as far as its main courses for dinner and for lunch. Breakfast in the morning you must ask for eggs if you prefer them with your breakfast. Overall I would get the hotel 4 stars.

Location, super clean, very friendly staff. My wife was sick at 2 am and needed medical attention. I contacted the front desk and was assited by Roberto. He called for an ambulance and wanted to ride with my wife to the hospital since I couldn't leave my young daughter behind. Great hotel, and awesome staff.
