A place that was good, quiet, close to the Dubai Mall, close to Festival City, and reception. They receive you kindly and calmly, and if anything is missing in a room, they deal quickly

Room was comfy, friendly staff. Everything very pleasant except breakfast. Breakfast was not good. Orders were wrong and even though more than one person ordered the same meal, they came out different. Eg one person had sausages one didn’t. And the taste wasn’t great, no butter for toast all food wasn’t great.

Everything was fine and we had a good stay, just one comment about the ladies in the reception, they should exert more effort to smile and be more friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was good I forgot his name he is from Cameroon as far as I remember.. Keep up the good work

I really liked the bed and the bathroom and the customer service was alright, I really don’t like the fact that we have to purchase toothpaste and and toothbrush and we have to personally go down to customer service, also the we had to adjust the ac several times cause it was hot we were sweating
