The property have been recently renovated, and is quite nice!! It is a boutique hotel with very nice touches in the rooms and property. The restaurant, Tillies, is also excellent. The staff are amazingly nice and attentive. We loved our stay at Palm Heights. It was the exact break that we needed!

Excellent service by the entire staff. Each and every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and requests are met. Rooms are big and very clean with all the amenities you would expect and high end toiletries. Bonus on the drip coffee and fresh milk. Pools and jacuzzi are pretty private. Beach is excellent and private as well with plenty of chairs and water activities if you want. Staff at the beach and bar are super! The cocktails are excellent and on our stay they passed out pizza on the beach which was a new concept/ launch. The property manager Mykel is excellent and outgoing. We got to know him and learned a lot. We dined at Tillies for breakfast and the ambiance on the beach is great. Service was slow but the coffee and ultimately breakfast was savory. Overall not a single improvement I can suggest! The resort is an excellent location close to camana bay and other restaurants and shops. I expect Palm Heights to be a premier destination in the years to come.
