As bad as it gets, really.
Hotel did not honor Hotels.com reservation so I had to pay AGAIN when I checked in. Having no other options that late evening, I had to acquiesce - "fortunately" they had vacancy. The room was dirty and the bed was sagging from overuse. Staff was aloof and disinterested, borderline rude. Most TV channels completely missing or scratchy.
