    Centrale, pulito e accogliente

    Siamo arrivati verso le 21:30 senza nessun problema al check-in. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato interno, solo un pochino complicato per il trasporto del passeggino m per le tante scale. In generale un ottimo servizio e molta disponibilità.

    Great central location and an amazing breakfast. And private parking which is wonderful in Orvieto. Very basic room with new large modern bathroom. Very helpful staff (Rita) for English speakers who don't speak Italian.

    Very disappointed

    Location was wonderful! Rita was very nice and good customer service! The comfort of the room and bed was terrible. We asked for double bed but that room didn't have air conditioning once we arrived so we got a twin room with separate beds. Air conditioner worked great in there! The shower had literally zero water pressure and trying to get the dribble to be neither freezing or scalding was impossible. We asked for another room to shower but the shower was the same. The shower was extremely small. Beds were very uncomfortable along with the pillows and blankets. Breakfast was wrapped waffles, bread that's been there for days and nothing worth eating but maybe yogurt. We where willing to try something different since everything else was sold out within the walls of Orvieto. Definitely wouldn't do it again. Not sure what people were thinking to give this anything but a 4 rating. That's what mislead us in the first place.

    This B&B is well located in the centre of Orvieto, near the Piazza del Popolo. You can drive to it along the narrow streets (Google Maps faithfully guided us there), albeit the parking is less easily found around the back. The staff (mainly nuns!) were friendly and there is a lift to all floors (albeit a series of stairs up from the carpark). The facilities are clean and well kept, if a little dated and basic. I would happily stay here again, it was pretty inexpensive too!

    Super clean, great location, lovely staff and parking! It is a B & B, so don’t expect hotel amenities, but you will get a very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Drop your luggage off and cut through the piazza to circle around to parking lot (which is behind and below the building - they have to open the gate for you). Close to restaurants but quiet. Best deal in town.

    Quirky, nice place with parking in Orvietoi

    I had some adventures finding this place after booking late while driving from Florence and not knowing how far I'd get. Initially, my GPS sent me the wrong way, and then when I was in the right area, I suddenly feared I would be in a restricted zone and freaked out. But finally got it together with the help of the receptionist, Rita. The site is right off Piazza della Repubblica, and it has a parking lot, which Rita can help you find. The place used to be a home for nuns. Two sisters still live there, but mostly it's a B&B now. Rooms are a little spare, but perfectly adequate. The location is great. And Rita was a gem.
