We were very much looking forward to this hotel. The man at the reception at check in was amazing! The hotel looked nice. The room is beautiful. Then when they didn't clean for us for 3 days and they were supposed to clean every day, I was out of luck. In the end, however, we got to the point where they cleaned every day, but only by eye. There were four of us. They only gave us towels for the three of us. After a week, they started giving us four by themselves. In the meantime, we have already been to the gatehouse about 3 times to ask. We announced that a wall is falling on our heads. They said that it is already many hours, they will come to do it tomorrow. Meanwhile, the wall really fell on my head. And of course no one came the next day either. Not much food. Pools on arrival beautiful. Over time, they were so dirty that we hated to bathe in them. The bartender on the beach is perfect, as is the bartender at the reception. One waitress at dinner was great and nice. Otherwise, the staff not much. Beautiful view of the sea.We are sorry that the hotel was not what we expected. But it has an excellent location and rooms with a sea view.

The staff is fantastic, they always help, they are talkative (but not too much) - they work as a big family, we felt real hospitality. The location of the hotel is perfect, it has direct beach access (50 meters in sand) and is near the shopping street. The pool area is also cool. What we did not like: no sunbeds near the sea; poor quality drinks and ice cream; not good access to building parts (missing pavements) - we were with a stroller; no elevator - it was not comfortable to bring the stroller to the 2nd floor; the environment is seemingly under construction. Overall: some missing amenities, but a cool vacation in Evita Bay Hotel - thanks to the staff (Hella and her husband are fantastic hosts!).
