Well equipped, comfortable cottage in great location
A comfortable, cosy Victorian cottage in a quiet South Melbourne street within easy reach of of the markets, shops, parks and public transport. We particularly appreciated being able to bring our pets with us, easy parking and all the welcoming touches like milk in the fridge etc. A well equipped city base which suited us perfectly - we would definitely stay there again.

Would come back in a heartbeat
This property is a tidy home in the wonderful Southern Melbourne district. It was clean, warm, and had wonderful personal effects. You can tell the owner takes pride in the home and the work completed in transforming it is stunning. Family and I had a great time. Super close to trans and the mouth watering So Melbourne food market. Absolute must for anyone staying over. Chris was a dream to communicate with.

Great place, location and host!
The cottage was in a perfect location to the city, South Melbourne markets and parks for kids. So many cafes and local spots to hang out. We loved the house and Chris a great host to provide local information and help if we needed. Thanks. We will definitely come again!

A Great Little House
We really enjoyed our stay. Three pubs with food within walking distance and Montague's Foodstore for coffee and breakfast. South Melbourne markets, plenty of restaurants to choose from, 96 light rail to takes us to the MCEC, or to dinner in St Kilda for something different. Chris rang to check that all was OK, which of course it was. Personal attention, well stocked, - what more could you want?
