The proprietor was friendly, efficient, helpful,and kept a low profile. The space was essentially the whole house sans the basement where the proprietor stayed. The location worked for us, a relatively short drive to Downtown Halifax. Coffee and food were available for our use. We had an excellent time and I highly recommend Beatonridge Inn.

Wonderful place, quiet and beautiful. The owner of the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. It has everything for your convenience - a kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV and comfortable sofas, a bathroom, large and comfortable beds. In this place you feel at home. We got a lot of fun and if we have to come to Halifax again, we want to stay in this hotel, because this is the place where you want to return.
