Beds felt smaller than the described queen. Room and facilities were very clean and modern
Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff is world class and the hotel is exceptionally clean and looks brand new. They were very accommodating and had hosted a complimentary art and paint night which allowed us to see parts of the hotel we would have never seen. Amazing stay!
No drink or food options and no room service after 11 pm. We had to order skip the dishes at a 300 dollar a night hotel. And no free wi-fi with these limited amenities is not acceptable. No spa or pool open so basically you get a bed.
Extremely helpful. Very clean. Classy. A beautiful establishment.
The room was beautiful, the staff were professional and very pleasant. This was the best experience I have had with a hotel and we will be staying again.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
Property and all, staff very pleasant and accommodating. Only dislike was elevator confusion. Certain elevators for rooms only, elevators to reach club? Need better signage for elevator usage. Confusing. Was told I needed to join Bonvoy? club if I wanted free wifi??? Stayed the previous night in an Edmonton hotel for $99 with free wifi/pool access, free breakfast/free parking and the list goes on. The Marriot wanted about $300 per night/paid parking etc. Not impressed. Website said free wifi. Nice hotel but won’t be back. Sorry.
Lovely fittings and features, excellent location, very helpful to be able to just take the skyway to the arena. The lobby/bar area was very nice but a touch loud in the evenings - live music didn't seem particularly necessary given how packed it was.
While the overall experience was lovely, we found the bed very uncomfortable and the pillows much too soft. Having to order ice from guest services was interesting but a little frustrating having to wait more than 30 minutes to get it. Not sure if we’ll stay here again.
Being right downtown and the view from our room was unique. It was a lovely evening
