The property has its own natural reserve which is a very nice place to walk, the gardens are well kept and full of birds and animals. Nice place to relax and connect with nature.

Our room was very nice, with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and nice size bathroom. Our greeting was a bit over eager, but then had very little follow through. We were told we would receive an email with information about the property (maps of the trails), and it took over a full day to receive it, and that was only after 2 visits to the front desk to ask about it. We found some the the restaurant staff to be aloof and unfriendly.

The amount of wildlife around this beautiful property is absolutely staggering. By just sitting still you’ll see more than in a regular hike. Combined with the well manicured gardens, and excellent staff, I cannot recommend those place more.

This place was an amazing find in Monterverde. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with everything. The food was incredibly delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner!). I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Monteverde and would like something more than the typical backpackers hostel. You will be glad you spoiled yourself here.

This is an unbelievable property completely harnessed to sustainability with solar power, little it no plastics (locally made bamboo straws!) delightful rooms in such a tranquil location a small hanging bridge links the resort to the neighbouring Aguti reserve which has some lovely forest walks (complimentary for senda guests!) and breathtaking views to the Pacific, we spotted a Toucan and Aguti on our morning walk. Finally food, all locally sourced delicious! Wish we had stayed more than one night!!

Amazing stay. Staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs. The fact that all staffer are young adults make the environment vibrant and fun to hang out in! Besides this is a completely green facility - plastic products were not visible - love it!
