Good to know about the Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is perfectly placed in the middle of Aarhus, making it easy to reach, regardless of your location. It is therefore not far from the city's most exciting museums, the popular cafés along Åboulevarden, the bustling shops in the Latin District or Bruuns Galleri – whatever you are in the mood for.

From the southern exit to the Botanical Garden, you are just a stone's throw away from The Old Town (Den Gamle By), which will take you on an incredible journey back in time through Danish history, down authentic cobblestone roads and into charming half-timbered houses. Enjoy the smell of freshly-baked bread from the 19th century bakery, or go shopping in a shopping street from 1927.
