I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

Amazing infrastructure and details!
Great stay! Loved the place. Grabbed a bike as well and was able to do a quick ride in morning. Breakfast was great. Dinner was not on par with the rest. Wouldn’t recommend dinner, given there are so many amazing places in town.

The hotel is serene and beautiful, and the staff surpasses all expectations. Everything was top notch. We enjoyed a winter getaway, and watching the changing moods of the lake was enchanting. El hotel es precioso, los dormitorios grandes con una vista increíble al lago y al volcán. Está a 17 km de puerto varas por lo q se necesita auto. La comida rica. La cama y ropa de cama excelente. No recomiendo pagar por la suite porque tiene un living oscuro y sin vista, basta con la pieza standard q es amplia. El problema q tuvimos fue q no funcionaba el aire acondicionado… nos cambiaron a 3 dormitorios y en ninguno funcionó.

Unbelievable hotel, high end design and views
We had a great stay at AWA. It's location is 25 outside of Puerto Varas, you need a car to go and explore more. However once in the hotel, it's has everything. You don't need to leave! Great restaurant, facilities and high end comfort with the impeccable design of the hotel. Rooms are incredible in size and views. All overlook the lake and stunning Volcano. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of all inclusive with the mini bar. Paying good money and drinks/ food are well priced. Overall - amazing stay and highly recommend!
