O hotel fica muito bem localizado, ao lado da catedral de Chapecó, onde há diversos serviços nas proximidades. Bancos, Bares, restaurantes a uma distância a ser percorrida a pé. O preço, na ocasião, estava bastante razoável em razão da localização especialmente. As instalações são simples, mas funcionais. Boa limpeza, café da manhã farto e atendimentos cordial.
