Your staff are lovely and very welcoming! Breakfast was excellent as well. The room was perfect for what I needed, but I had requested a king bed, but had twin single beds pushed together. Also, the bed was incredibly soft so struggled sleeping!

Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. A family trip on our first visit to Amsterdam. Firstly the staff were amazingly welcoming. The location is great across the train and tram station with a literally a 1 stop train ride to Central. The rooms are spacious. We couldn’t ask for more.
