We paid for insurance in case we had to cancel. Ibis said too bad. Insurance company required my doctor to complete a form and he would have charged more than the room refund. I feel screwed by both of them.

Décevant par rapport à d'autres hotels ibis styles. Pas de clim, lit parapluie cassé; nous en avons demandé un autre il était encore pire que le 1er ... pas de restaurant en aout. Employé qui ne connait pas les informations, il a fallu attendre le 2eme soir pour avoir une employée qui nous expliqué les problemes du moment. On nous a dit qu'ils avaient reçu l'ordre de ne pas mettre les familles dans les étages élevés à cause de la panne de climatisation, nous avons été placés en haut avec 2 enfants en bas âges. Bref juste déçus de notre séjour malgré certains employés très gentils

Plus points - staff friendly & easy 10min uber ride to Versailles (eat in St Honore district across from palace!) Wouldn't return - sorry
