Rooms are a little smaller than other apartments in the price range. But they are clean and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in! Not a big fan of the virtual reception, but it was all smooth. Would stay again.

Bob W is a very unique apartment style hotel, which feels simultaneously private and well serviced. I would recommend these flats to anyone looking for a quiet room away from the big city without having to leave.

It was great value. The location and facilities were fantastic. It was a little noisy as it’s by the train line but that was expected and I didn’t even need the earplugs they provide. The curtains weren’t black out which is probably the only improvement I would recommend. Overall I would definitely use them again!

The studio was amazing, in a perfect location and the hosts were amazing. Everything was clearly communicated during our stay and there was many extras included (Polaroid camera to take round, free tote bag, postcards/stickers…. The list goes on!). This beat any hotel experience I have had before. I will certainly be booking again!! Thank you Bob W

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable. Had an issue with the clothes dryer it didn't work, but it was fixed the next day. We just had to hang our clothes in our room. Other than that, our stay was really good.

Very comfortable room and great service. We stayed for a couple of days and were very satisfied with our stay. A lot of modern appliances and components, including heated floors in the restroom which was really nice. The service was great and they answered any questions we had very quickly on WhatsApp. Lastly, the location of the hotel was wonderful; near the Tower of London. It had a nice view of The Shard. It was near the train, but it didn’t bother us at all as it wasn’t loud or disturbing. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay for the two nights. I just loved the small details there, and the location was great as well. You do get a bit weary about the neighborhood at first, plue the construction right by the window (and the blinds that still allow people from outside to see (if they intended to), but despite those "problems," I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there because I felt safe. I am planning to stay there again, if I ever get to visit UK next time. Thank you for keeping the communication channel open throughout my stay. Thank you!
