The property is good, half of the staff is rude. Food is terrible! No matter if you eat from the buffet, the pizza or lace or the reservation restaurant. The food is very badly prepared. Never going back!

What an amazing holiday we had here last week. The hotel is stunning with fantastic pools and facilities. The food is 5 star and the staff work so hard. The cleaning lady Maria was also a joy to meet as were the animation team. Lovely people who made our stay one of the best all inclusives we’ve been to. Highly recommended!

Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities. Nightly entertainment could be improved with more shows. We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! Nevertheless, we enjoyed our holiday and would return here!

Positives : * Beautiful location in the mountains with amazing beach views * Very large, spacious resort with lots to explore * Fresh, delicious, and varied food every day * Excellent entertainment with daily shows and activities * Incredible animation team – young, energetic, and friendly * Great family-friendly atmosphere with a Kids Club and safe grounds * Multiple saltwater pools and a dedicated children’s pool * Two on-site mini markets for essentials and souvenirs * Shuttle to the beach runs 3 times a day * Shops nearby and excursion kiosks available * Helpful map and guide provided at check-in Things to keep in mind ⚠️ Lots of stairs between buildings – expect walking ⚠️ Beach towels not included – bring or buy your own ⚠️ Smoking is common outdoors, especially during shows. This is not specific to the hotel but something to keep in mind that smoking is common in Greece. ⚠️ Restaurants require reservations – buffet is the best option Family room was clean and comfortable Minor bathroom issue fixed quickly by maintenance ✅ Overall: Wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient; staff were very welcoming. Our family suite was wonderful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view! The pools were amazing, water was clean and warm. Sun beds were always available, albeit not necessarily directly in front of the pool in the first row. We didn’t mind because we were travelling with our kids who are teenagers. The food at the buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious. We ate at Imperial Sakura and Kafeino and had a fantastic meal served to us each time. The snack bars also offer a diverse selection from the coveted gyros to burgers and sandwiches, salads, pizza, and fish. Yes, there are a lot of stairs at the hotel and yes, you do have to walk down and up a small hill to get to the ocean beaches. For someone with limited mobility, this may be an issue. Otherwise, we took it as great exercise, even in the Cretan heat and sunshine! Overall, it was a fabulous stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the Belverdere to others.

Its a flop and drop resort with lots of entertainment, eating options, drinking options, suitable for all ages. Sunbeds next to pool were hard to get at times. Access to Beachcomber club was great. Loved the mexican buffet for lunch and greek buffet. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend. Pool towels

We spent 7 nights at this hotel. Close to restaurants and to loads of souvenir shops. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is made of two resorts the Imperial and Belvedere. They put us at the Belvedere I would say not as nice as the Imperial. There were tons of families with kids and at times it was a bit loud across hallways and so forth. We tried all inclusive for once. The food was good but all inclusive is definitely not our thing since we like to experience different places and restaurants. Overall we like the areas and great views. You should try the restaurant in the resort that specializes in Greek cuisine especially the lamb Antikristo. You have to pay $25 per person per dinner extra not included in the package but totally worth it.

If you have any questions, you were warmly welcomed, I found it good that the service is well trained, some could even speak German. In the hotel itself there are offers every day for young and old, which I found particularly nice. We tolerated the food well, every day something different is offered. Very varied, many salads, different meat, rice, potatoes, pasta or fries to choose from. I can highly recommend the hotel, because even in bad weather it can be endured very well.

Παρά πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο , άριστο προσωπικό , ίσως πρέπει να προσέξουν λίγο περισσότερο το φαγητό στο κεντρικό εστιατόριο και να ανανεώσουν τις πετσέτες των δωματίων ,
