Accessible public transportation

Breakfast in the morning was great. It is adults only so it is very quiet and the staff is very accommodating. It is right across the street from a bus station so getting into the city by public transportation is easy too.

This was a relaxing property for a one night stay prior to our flight home. Staff were accommodating and grounds were smaller but nice. The property is located where several busy roads are nearby so there was some traffic noise but it did not impact our short stay.

The staff were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. I could not praise them highly enough. The restaurant is top rate and definitely worth coming back for. The pools area was very nice but a little more sun protection would have been nice. The only area lacking was the maintenance. My toilet hardly flushed and the hand basin was cracked and leaked.

Nicely landscaped facility, near the beach. If you're not interested in walking a few hundred meters, there's a huge parking area at the beach. The property is a beautiful oasis in a mixed-use region. That's a plus. There's an enormous hypermarket three minutes distant, and plenty of restaurants readily accessible by car. Breakfast was excellent. Our unit had a hot-tub which we didn't use. There's adequate parking on-site. If that's filled, there's plenty more space next door. We stayed our last night in Crete. It's only about 15 easy minutes from Heraklion airport. Being "adults only" the pool and open areas are quiet and pleasant. Let the kids do their thing elsewhere.

2-3am we could hear water dripping down from the property/side of our room there was also noise coming from a hose pipe from outside - very loud spraying outside on to our room. The AC wasn’t great felt non existent.

Stayed in a suite with private pool. It was great. Breakfast is average. They need to have numbers on the tables for food, as we got the same appetizer twice.

Ein gutes Hotel mit Makel… gut gelegen nähe Stadt und Nähe Strand… ruhig und entspannt Gutes Frühstück und angenehme Atmosphäre Leider ist alles nicht so sauber… Im Essbereich sind die Tische klebrig.. im Zimmer wird nur gewischt , das Geschirr nur kalt gespült… alles etwas schmutzig… das wirpool wird alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt! Personal freundlich! Preisleistung stimmt nicht ganz..

Decent hotel but disappointing. Cleanliness was average, and our jacuzzi broke on the first day with no compensation from the staff. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, making getting around inconvenient. For a pleasant stay, it’s better to consider other options.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, relativ klein und überschaubar. Die Lage ist eher unattraktiv, einzig die Nähe zum Strand ist positiv zu erwähnen. Ansonsten direkt neben einer Tankstelle und ringsrum Freiflächen (Müll, Autoleichen, viel Dreck). Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür vorhanden, jedoch ein Glücksspiel ob der Fahrer hält oder durchfährt, da er im Vorfeld schon an vielen Hotels und dem öffentlichen Strand vorbeikommt. Taxi ist hier die Alternative - für 13 € nach Heraklion zum Hafen/shoppen. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht - war lecker und vielfältig. Das Personal ist bemüht und auch wirklich aufmerksam. Die Anlage ist ansprechend - Liegen am Pool immer vorhanden. Am Strand können wir die Liegen an der Strandbar „Tortuga“ empfehlen. Pro Liege 4,50 € inclusive einem Freigetränk. Die Mädels sind auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Auch das Essen ist absolut top. Obendrein, nicht zu vergessen, saubere Toiletten. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar Lokale/ Restaurants wo man Essen gehen kann - nichts extravagantes aber okay. Ein Wermutstropfen, der Zimmerservice! Gläser wurden nur mit Leitungswasser ausgespült und wieder hingestellt - Flüssigseife war leer und wurde mit Wasser aufgefüllt - Duschseife leer und überhaupt nicht aufgefüllt - Toilettenpapier vergessen - sehr unsauber geputzt (wenn überhaupt) - Jacuzzi hätte auch etwas sauberer sein können (Wasserqualität). Alles in allem - für ein 4*Hotel nicht ausreichend, eher mangelhaft. Abgesehen davon war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht rundum zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend – bei der Ankunft war es nicht gründlich gereinigt, und auch während des Aufenthalts wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Es gab jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl, und einige Speisen wurden nicht oder nur sehr spät nachgefüllt. Wer später kam, hatte oft kaum noch etwas zur Auswahl. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Privatsphäre: Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an die Tür zu hängen. Das Reinigungspersonal kam nach einmaligem Klopfen einfach ins Zimmer, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfand. Insgesamt hatte ich mir bei dem Preis und den bisherigen Bewertungen deutlich mehr erwartet.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings war unser Zimmer leider nicht 100 % sauber. Der Spiegel war verdreckt und die Hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen Zimmernutzer hingen noch an der Kloschüssel. Gut wir haben es weggemacht und die Brille desinfiziert. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 6 Tage hier zu Gast und hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Whirlpool gebucht. Bereits bei der Ankunft ist uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals positiv aufgefallen, dies hat sich während gesamten Aufenthalts bestätigt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und für 3 Personen ausreichend groß. Allerdings gibt es keinen Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer, was uns gefehlt hat. Die Betten waren bequem und das Badezimmer sauber. Leider war hier nur ein kleines Fenster und die Lüftung hat die Luftfeuchtigkeit die bei wärmerem duschen entstand nicht gut abgeführt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jeden Tag ein wenig Abwechslung. Positiv war auch die große Auswahl an pflanzlichen Milchalternativen. Der Pool ist schön und es sind ausreichen liegen bzw Sonnenbetten vorhanden. Da das Hotel ein Adults Only Hotel ist, ist es am Pool sehr ruhig. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen waren nur ca. 15 Minuten im Taxi und ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Türe in 15-20 Minuten nach Heraklion. Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier im Hotel sehr gut und wir konnten uns super erholen.
