Worked in a pinch, but won’t stay again

Checkin lacked information, the bathroom was split, small and dingy. The room was dated and the air conditioning in the room wasn’t adequate for the room and how hot it was. Breakfast was sparse and there were arguments between guests and staff members in the breakfast room - making us very uncomfortable.

This property is right in the heart of Ligonier so you can easily walk into town. Our rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. However the interior and exterior is shabby and needs alot of improvement. We had to force Our door ooeneach time we entered and exited because it was swollen shut fro the moisture. Halws rugs were dirty. Entry foyer between the doors had a horrible smell. Breakfast was sad. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be helpful and understanding.

Over all the stay was over the lobby was nice and breakfast was good along with pleasant staff. Our sheets were clean, just wish the shower would drain better and there was a weird garlic smell is the hall. The hotel is older but again it is in a nice area/ cute town
