Horrible stay away. Our room had bugs everywhere including the bed's. When I asked staff for a refund they were rude so I had to show them video of the bugs to get my money back. We didn’t sleep there obviously, I got a better hotel. The parking lot is full of stray cats. To be honest I have no clue how this place is allowed to be open. A zero out of 10.

Easy access to I95. A little shabby, but clean. Comfortable bed. Tiny breakfast area had coffee and tea, juices, a few cereals and a jug of milk, English muffins and blueberry mini muffins. Didn’t see pool. An ok place.

The AC and fridge were very noisy, the faucet was dripping all the time, bathroom fan not working and was very dirty, faucet was cracked, many stains on sheets, carpet, sofa. Room definitely needs repair! Great service by staff in the evening but awful service in the morning. Nothing much for breakfast. Overall it’s an ok place for a quick night.

I booked a non smoking room and was put in a room that wreaked of smoke. It also had a poop scent. The toilet didn’t flush and it never stopped running. The place is very run down. The breakfast didn’t exist. There was a tray of stale bread and one mini muffin available at 7am.

The room was not clean to the standards as advertised and boasted at the front desk. We have pictures of the very dirty bathroom floor especially around the toilet, walls of room and around sink!!! Parts of the room are falling apart and stains on sheets!!!!! Also it was advertised as having a hot breakfast but it most definitely did not have that whatsoever!! If I had known the reality I would have never booked this hotel and frankly I would demand a refund for the night we stayed as major false advertisement!!!!

Overall terrible experience. Property was extremely dirty, neglected, and not maintained/cleaned. The room had a horrible smell. Dresser and sink were broken. Fridge was open. No toilet paper at all and toilet had not been flushed (almost lost my wife at that point). Chair and carpet were extremely stained. Hand soap had been opened and used. Parking lot was sketchy at best. Staff members were friendly and helpful but took two tries to properly key our room card. We won't be back.

Scary

Hotel advertised fresh warm breakfast, and there were stale, donuts and a microwave to heat up egg sandwiches. The room were dirty the sink was cracked. There was a cigarette and a bottle and a cigar outside our door when we checked in and was still there the next morning, there were people sitting outside, smoking in a non-smoking area, our rooms smelled like smoke. We asked for two king rooms there were going to be two rooms but on the opposite end of the hotel when I called to confirm our check-in, they told us there were two king rooms next to each other when we got there there was not we are on the first floor, it was extremely scary. Our friends had bugs behind the curtains when they pulled the curtains open, it was very bad . The front desk clerk was very nice where we checked in but really did not know the difference between double bed or queen bed
